4 Cauldron Pumpkin and Caramelised Onion Veggie Bakes
4 Mini burger buns
Salad of your choice
For the Creamy Lemon and Herb Yogurt Dip
5tbsp natural yoghurt
Zest & juice from 1 lemon
½ tsp garlic granules
1tsp sea salt
1tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Small bunch of mint, coriander & parsley, finely chopped
Method:
