Ingredients

1/2 block Cauldron Pressed Tofu with Italian Herbs and Tomato
600g of mixed tomatoes
A handful of fresh basil leaves
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Firstly, slice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl
  2. Lightly pull the Pressed Tofu into pieces and add to the bowl
  3. Finally, add olive oil, fresh basil, salt and pepper, and gently toss
