Vegan Christmas Dark Chocolate Torte

This vegan torte is simple to make with only eight ingredients. We’ve added tofu into the mix to create a silky smooth ganache, perfect for indulging a little this Christmas! This is bound to be a favourite for all the family, as well as any guests you might be entertaining this season.

1 pack of Cauldron Organic Tofu
300g vegan chocolate biscuits
3 tbsp coconut oil
160g vegan dark chocolate
½ tbsp vanilla extract
160g maple syrup
A handful of cherries and raspberries
4 mint leaves


  1. Place the vegan biscuits and coconut oil into a blender and pulse until you have fine crumbs.
  2. Press the crumbs in to a lined 8-inch spring-form pan and transfer to the fridge to set for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the vegan dark chocolate and allow to cool.
  4. Transfer the melted chocolate to a blender or food processor and pulse with the Cauldron Tofu, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  5. Spread this mixture onto the chilled biscuit base and smooth down with a palette knife. Transfer back to the fridge to set for at least two hours.
  6. To serve, garnish the torte with the cherries, raspberries and mint leaves.
