Korean BBQ Tofu Rice Bowl
Want flavour, no fuss? We got you. This Korean BBQ Tofu Rice Bowl uses the popular red chilli paste, gochujang to liven up our Cauldron Marinated Tofu. Serve with rice, veg and a pop of kimchi (in around ten minutes).


Made with our Organic Marinated Tofu Pieces
Ingredients:
160g Cauldron Marinated Tofu Pieces
5g gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
5ml reduced-salt soy sauce
5ml sesame oil
1 spring onion, sliced
5g kimchi
165g steamed broccoli
165g shredded carrots
250g cooked rice, to serve
Method:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the Cauldron Marinated Tofu Pieces and stir-fry until slightly crisp.
2. Stir in the gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes, until the tofu is well coated and warmed through.
3. To assemble the bowl, layer the cooked rice with the Tofu Pieces, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, kimchi, and sliced spring onion.
4. Drizzle with extra sesame oil or soy and serve warm.
