Ingredients

1/2 block of Cauldron Organic Tofu, drained
½ banana
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
200g blueberries or mixed frozen berries
1 nectarine
¼ mango or papaya
1 tbps acai powder
1 papaya to serve (optional), halved and deseeded

For the suggested toppings:
Pumpkin seeds
Chia seeds
Coconut flakes
Berries
Grated dark chocolate

Method

  1. Blitz the tofu in a food processor until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to blitz until smooth.
