Extra-firm, it holds up to the highest heats (on the griddle, under the grill, or BBQ), and is full of a delish smoky BBQ flavour.

Ready to eat but for best results pan fry using a griddle pan. Remove all packaging. No need to press.
HOB. 5 minutes.
Chop the tofu into pieces. Preheat 1 tbsp of oil. Fry over a medium heat, turning frequently. Use in a recipe of your choice.
GRILL. 5-8 minutes.
Chop the tofu into pieces and place on a lightly oiled tray. Preheat grill. Grill on a medium heat, turning halfway.
AIR FRYER. 8 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Pat dry and chop the tofu into pieces. Place into basket, shake halfway. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.
Keep refrigerated and use by the date shown on front of pack. Once opened must be eaten within 24 hours. Not suitable for home freezing.
