Hoisin Tofu Noodles

Extra tasty, extra saucy – this Hoisin Tofu Noodle dish is a quick and easy winner for dinner, lunch, or any occasion!
It’s ready in just 15 minutes and is a great way to bring a little spice to the table.
Top tip – you can use either Marinated Tofu Pieces or Hoisin Tofu Pieces for that extra hoisin flavour.

1 pack of Cauldron Marinated Tofu OR Cauldron Hoisin Tofu

For the hoisin sauce:
2 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)
1 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 lime, squeezed
1 tbsp hot sauce (we used gochujang)
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove minced

Top with:
1 tbsp sesame seeds
5 spring onions, finely chopped
200g noodles of choice


  1. Drizzle a little sesame oil into a non stick pan and place on medium-high heat, once hot add the tofu and fry for a minute or two.
  2. Meanwhile, make the hoisin sauce by whisking together the ingredients in a bowl then pour over the tofu.
  3. Place the noodled in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes until soft, add a splash of the noodle water to the pan with the tofu then mix together.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and the spring onion and enjoy.
