Vegan Sticky Sesame Tofu with Spring Greens

  • 1 x 160g pack Cauldron Marinated Tofu

  • Small handful green beans

  • 1 handful of spring greens

  • Rice/noodles to serve

For the sauce:

  • 1/4 cup tamari 

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp tomato puree 

  • 1 tsp corn flour 

  • 1 juice of lime


  1. Add the Cauldron Marinated Tofu pieces into a pan and fry on a medium heat for a few minutes.

  2. Make the sticky sesame sauce. To a small mixing bowl add all the sauce ingredients and hand whisk until smooth.

  3. Pour the sauce over the tofu, add the chopped green beans and spring greens.

  4. Place a lid on the pan and simmer for 5 minutes (give it a little stir every minute).

  5. Once the sauce has thickened, simply serve over rice/noodles.
