2 packs of Cauldron Teriyaki Tofu Pieces
2 peaches, halved, de-stoned and sliced
1 courgette, sliced into long strips
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp brown sugar
30 g rocket
15 g edamame beans
1 pack of pre-cooked Quinoa
For the dressing:
1 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp sesame oil
¼ tsp pepper
To serve:
