Marinated Tofu Pieces and Cauliflower Stir Fry

A vegan Asian-inspired, simple and mouth-watering street food dish using Marinated Tofu Pieces, full of punchy colours and powerful flavours. Chopsticks optional, but definitely encouraged.

1 pack Cauldron Marinated Tofu Pieces
2 red peppers, chopped
1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
150g green beans
Sesame seeds (optional)

1/4 cup tamari
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 thumb size fresh ginger, diced
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Juice of a lime
1 tbsp cornflour


  1. Firstly, chop the cauliflower into florets and the pepper into cubes
  2. Now heat a wok with oil and add the cauliflower, peppers, green beans and Cauldron Marinated Tofu Pieces and fry for 5-6 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, in a small jar/bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and shake/stir until well combined
  4. Once the veg has softened a little, add in the sauce and simmer until it thickens, making sure to stir
  5. Finally, serve with the rice/quinoa
