1L vegetable bouillon
1 tbsp miso paste
300g ramen noodles
4 tbsp sweetcorn kernels
2 handfuls of beansprouts
½ red onion, finely sliced
2 handfuls of spinach
2 red chillies, finely sliced
Bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
