Quick & Easy Tofu Thai Green Curry

A delicious, fragrant and creamy Thai green curry with pieces of tofu and crispy vegetables. Thai green curry is a very popular dish and our organic tofu brings a unique, light taste to this dish packed full of flavour.

1 pack Cauldron Marinated Tofu Pieces (160g)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pack oriental stir fry vegetables (400g)
2 tbsp Thai Green Curry Paste
1×400ml coconut milk

Finish with
Lime juice
Soy sauce
Fresh coriander (25g)


  1. Preheat the vegetable oil in a wok over a medium heat, add the Thai Green Paste and cook for 1-2 minutes stirring often.
  2. Add the stir fry vegetables and tofu and continue to stir for 1-2 more minutes.
  3. Stir in the coconut, bring to the boil then reduce and simmer for approximately 8-10 minutes.
  4. Finish with a dash of lime juice, soy sauce and top with the freshly chopped coriander

Chef's tip

If you like your curry with an extra kick, finely chop a red or a green chilli and add it in with the vegetables. Use the seeds if you want to make it really spicy, or remove them with your knife if you want less heat.
