  • For the falafel waffles:

  • 2 × 200g pack of Cauldron Falafels


  • To serve:

  • Rocket

  • 1 avocado, peeled, de-stoned and thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp humous

  • Radishes, thinly sliced

  • Microherbs

  • Toasted seeds

Method

Crumble half of the falafels into a two-plated waffle iron and press the lid down firmly. Leave for 5-10 minutes until the waffles are golden and firm. Repeat this process with the remaining falafel.

To serve, place two waffles on each plate and top with fresh rocket, sliced avocado, a tbsp of humous, sliced radishes, micro herbs and toasted seeds.
