Chinese New Year Noodles with Marinated Tofu Pieces

1 pack of Cauldron Marinated Organic Tofu Pieces
1 pack mixed mushrooms, such as mixed shitake and oyster, cleaned and halved (approximately 150g)
1 pack stir fry vegetable with cabbage
1 pack Chow Mein Sauce
1 pack ready to eat noodles, or 2 nests of noodles cooked as per pack instructions and drained

For the garnish:
3-4 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
Sriracha sauce
Crispy fried shallots
Chopped fresh coriander
Soy sauce to taste


  1. Preheat a little vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan (try chilli oil for a kick). Add the mushroom and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook for 2-3 longer.
  2. Stir in the Cauldron Marinated Tofu Pieces, chow mein sauce and noodles and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until warmed through.
  3. Serve with a selection of your favourite garnishes.
