1 pack of Cauldron Quick & Tasty Tofu
6 tbsp cornflour (or plain flour)
1 tsp each of cajun, smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder
100ml oat milk
A few tbsp of the flour mix

Buffalo mix:
2 tbsp melted vegan butter
1/2 lime juice squeezed
3 tbsp hot sauce

Serve with:
chopped spring onion
vegan mayo


  1. Freeze the tofu overnight, and take out to thaw on the day of cooking | Drain the remaining water from the tofu and roughly rip it apart into bite-size pieces
  2. Prepare the flour mix in one bowl and the oat mix in another bowl; add the tofu to the wet mix, then coat in the flour mix
  3. Add to a hot pan with oil and fry until crispy
  4. Prepare the buffalo sauce by mixing the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, then add the hot crispy tofu and toss until coated

# Serve with vegan mayo and chopped spring onions on top and enjoy
