Vegan Greek Falafel Bowl

1 pack Cauldron Middle Eastern Falafels
50 g bulgar wheat, prepared according to package directions
100 g parsley, finely chopped
100 g tomatoes, diced
½ red onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
40 g salad leaves
70 g kalamata olives
70 g hummus
2 tbsp tahini
1 green chilli, finely sliced


  1. Prepare the falafel according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together the bulgar wheat, parsley, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, lemon juice, oil and salt.
  3. Arrange the salad leaves among four plates. Top with the falafel, tabbouleh, olives, hummus, tahini and chili.
