1 pack of Cauldron Moroccan Falafels
1 tbsp rapeseed oil for frying
2 paninis, sliced
2 large tomatoes, sliced
A handful of large gem lettuce leaves
Fresh coriander to serve
For the sauce:
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp harissa paste
½ smoked paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp salt
Juice of 1 lemon
