Falafel & Fig Skewers with Citrus Dressing

These fabulously rich skewers combine the sweetness of roasted fig with the lightly spiced Cauldron Falafel and a tart orange and cinnamon dip. Perfect for any festive gathering.

1 pack Cauldron Falafels
4 ripe figs, quartered
Mint leaves

For the Dip:
3 tbsp vegan yogurt
1 zest and juice of half orange
1 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Cook the falafels according to pack instructions.
  3. Place the quartered figs on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the yoghurt and orange to make the dip.
  5. Slice the falafels in half and thread onto cocktail sticks with a fig quarter and garnish with a mint leaf.
  6. Enjoy warm or cold with the dipping sauce.
