Sweet and Sour Tofu

1 pack of Cauldron Quick & Tasty Tofu
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red onion
A glug of oil
435g tin of pineapple
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce if not gluten-free)
1 tsp garlic (or 1 clove crushed)
1 tbsp cornflour


  1. Firstly, chop the Cauldron Quick & Tasty Tofu into cubes, slice the peppers into squares and roughly slice the red onion
  2. Heat a non-stick pan/wok with oil and add in the tofu and veg, and fry for a few minutes
  3. Meanwhile, make the sweet & sour sauce by adding the tinned pineapple and juice to a mixing bowl along with the vinegar, tamari, garlic and cornflour, and mix together
  4. Finally, pour the sauce into the tofu and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve over a bed of rice or noodles and enjoy!
