GREEK STYLE SALAD WITH CAULDRON GREEK-STYLE CUBES IN MEDITERRANEAN HERBS

A quick and easy way to make best out of our new Greek Style Cubes in Mediterranean Herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 tub of Cauldron Greek-Style cubes marinated in Mediterranean Herbs, drained (and reserve 2 tbsp of marinade to use as the salad dressing)
  • ½ cucumber, deseeded and cubed
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 75g mixed olives
  • ½ red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2-3 springs of fresh oregano (or a good pinch of dried oregano)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large blow, reserving the Cauldon Greek-style cubes for the top.
  2. Dress the salad with 2 tbsp of the marinade (from the Greek-style cubes) and season with salt and pepper. Toss together.
  3. Plate the salad either on 2 plates (as a main) or in a serving bowl.
  4. Top the salad(s) with the Greek-style cubes and serve as a tasty lunch or as part of main course.
