What is vegan junk food?
Simply put, ‘vegan junk food’ is exactly what it says on the tin; typically unhealthy food that doesn’t contain any animal meat or produce. Sometimes, transitioning to becoming a vegan can be difficult, and it’s easy to feel restricted when you decide to cut out meat, dairy, eggs and sometimes even honey from your diet. However, it’s a common misconception that just because you become vegan, you have to eat healthily and cut out all those cravings you get every once in a while!
