Moroccan Mezze Platter

Serves 2

Dip and dunk into a taste of Morocco with this colourful mezze sharing platter.
Flatbreads, Cauldron Moroccan Falafels, and black olive and roasted red pepper tapenade are brought together to create this tasty vegan sharing board.

2 x packs of Cauldron Moroccan Falafels

Black Olive and Roasted Red Tapenade
100g pitted black olives
75g jarred roasted red peppers
1 tsp Hendersons Relish
3 tbsp capers
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and freshly ground black pepper 60ml olive oil

Vegan Flatbreads
350g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
350g vegan yoghurt


  1. To make the tapenade, blitz the ingredients together, except for the olive oil. Slowly add oil until smooth.
  2. To make the flatbreads, slowly mix the flour, baking powder, and yoghurt until it becomes a soft, pliable dough
  3. Split into 12 balls and roll each with a bottle or rolling pin
  4. Heat a griddle or frying pan until hot, and fry flatbread until it puffs or for around 3 minutes on each side
  5. Serve with hummus, and hot or cold Cauldron Moroccan Falafels.
