How To Cook

For best results cook on the hob. Preheat 1 tbsp of oil. Fry over a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning frequently. If cooking from frozen, cook for 15 minutes.

Alternatively, oven cook for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Brush with a little oil. Place on a baking tray. Cook on the middle shelf.

Storage Advice

Keep refrigerated and use by date shown on the front of pack. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chilled temperature but is suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and keep for up to 1 month. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED. This product is packed in a protective atmosphere.

  • Dried Free Range Egg White
  • Soya Protein
  • Stabiliser: Methylcellulose.
