But with many breaks being put on hold this summer, we’ve already found ourselves reminiscing about the distinctive tastes and flavours of our favourite getaways.

So this August we’re channelling that nostalgia, taking you on a culinary staycation by recreating some of our most-loved dishes from four European countries. All with a Cauldron twist, of course!

France
