Both Cauldron Middle Eastern and Moroccan Falafels are certified vegan by the Vegetarian Society.
Yes! Cauldron Falafels are ready-to-eat straight from the pack. They're delicious warm too - just follow the on pack instructions to oven bake.

Once opened, Cauldron Falafel should be eaten within one day.
If you're not ready to eat the full pack though, pop them in the freezer on the day of purchase and they'll keep for up to one month. See back of packs for more.
Our vegetarian Lincolnshire and Cumberland Sausages are not suitable for a vegan diet as they contain eggs.
Yes, the soya protein used in our Lincolnshire and Cumberland sausages is GMO-Free. This means that the product is not manufactured or produced using any bioengineering, genetic engineering and/or modern biotechnology.
Nearly all our Cauldron products are suitable for a vegan diet.
Cauldron Authentic Tofu block, Extra Firm Tofu block, our organic Marinated Tofu and Hoisin Tofu pieces are all suitable. Cauldron Moroccan and Middle Eastern Falafel, and our NEW Pumpkin & Caramelised Onion and Spinach & Carrot Veggie Bakes are also suitable. All of these products are certified vegan by the Vegetarian Society.
Our vegetarian Lincolnshire and Cumberland Sausages are not suitable for a vegan diet as they contain eggs.
We're all about creating great food for everyone! Food that's full of flavour, has a great texture and tastes amazing. By removing the egg from our vegetarian sausages, we found that taste, texture and cooking experience were all affected (not in a positive way), which is why for the moment, our sausages are made with a vegetarian recipe.
Cauldron Authentic Tofu, Marinated Tofu, Hoisin Tofu & Extra Firm Tofu do not contain any gluten containing cereals.
Yes. All Cauldron food products are manufactured on nut-free sites.
We don't use hydrogenated fat in Cauldron food products. Very small amounts of trans fat do occur naturally in dairy ingredients, which is unavoidable – so only products containing cheese and milk protein etc. will contain minute traces of naturally occurring trans fat.
The entire Cauldron range is produced from non-GMO ingredients. The soya beans in all our tofu products are non-GMO approved in the UK or their country of origin.
Yes. The organic soya beans used in our Cauldron tofu range are GM free.
Yes. The soya beans used in our Cauldron tofu range are organic.
Cauldron Authentic Tofu contains approximately 400mg of calcium per 100g. A 100g serving would provide 40% of your recommended daily amount.
Yes, you can eat Cauldron tofu straight from the pack. Our tofu is pasteurised, so can be eaten without cooking, which makes it great for use in salads or for blending into desserts.
Yes. Tofu can be given to babies as part of a mixed, balanced diet – providing of course they don’t have an intolerance to soya. Try adding diced tofu to vegetables or stewed fruit five minutes or so before the end of cooking - just ensure that the tofu is heated fully before serving.
