National Vegetarian Week

Once again, we’re sponsoring National Vegetarian Week and echoing their message and passion for changing our impact on the planet by sharing (and eating!) deliciously tasty veggie and vegan recipes.

At Cauldron, it’s always been our focus to reduce our carbon footprint, which is why we became fully Carbon Neutral this year. There are various ways that everyone can live a more sustainable and environmentally-friendly lifestyle, and eating veggie and vegan foods is one of those ways.

It’s not a big swap – trust us! We’ve cooked up hundreds of top-tier tasty, veg-packed recipes on our website that’ll keep you satisfied the whole year long. But, if you want to start by joining in during National Veggie Week (from the 16th-22nd of May), we’ll be sharing recipes on our social channels.

You can sign up officially for the week here.

Choosing a plant-based or vegetarian lifestyle is one of the simplest changes we can all make to reduce our carbon emissions and make a difference in the face of climate change. So many species are impacted worldwide, and our eating choices can directly affect them, especially those endangered by extinction.

According to The National Vegetarian Society, 41% of UK species have declined since the 1970s.

Together, let’s stop that figure from increasing even more.

Quick & Easy Veggie Recipes

Whether you’re trying plant-based for the week, for the year, or the odd Tuesday and Friday, we’ve perfected some classics, got a little bit daring, and even took inspiration from street food worldwide.

Whatever you fancy cooking up, our online recipe book has a bit of everything! We’ve also put together a dedicated downloadable meal plan to help you out for the entire week.

But, to tempt those tastebuds and get you feeling inspired (or very, very hungry), feast your eyes on some of our favourites below.
