Our Story
First we tried our hand at making tofu. In fact, tofu gave us our name. In the Far East, where it’s been regarded as a superfood for more than 2,000 years, it’s traditionally hand-made using a cooking pot shaped like a cauldron.
Our tofu went down a storm, so we started making other vegetable-based foods that are both tasty and convenient. As inspiration has always been at the heart of the Cauldron ideal, all our dishes are made from inspiring recipes and exciting combinations of ingredients.

Tofu
Tofu is a wonderful food, and the first one we ever made. If you’ve never tried it, why not give it a go? Made from soya bean - and little else - tofu is 100% natural, versatile and bursting with protein and health giving properties.
