Persian Falafels

Specially developed to incorporate the Turkish influences in Middle Eastern cuisine, we’ve taken chickpeas and aromatic spices, then added in fragrant fennel and refreshing mint. A truly versatile main meal ingredient, they also make delicious starters and side dishes.

Cauldron Persian falafels are ready to eat, but we love them served warm with harissa dip and flatbreads.

How To Cook

Preheat oven and baking tray to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Cook on the middle shelf for 10 minutes. Check product is piping hot before serving.

Storage Advice

Keep refrigerated and eat by the date shown on the front of pack. Can be frozen on day of purchase and kept for up to 3 months. Once opened must be eaten within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
