Little Chocolate and Orange Pots
Orange, almond and tofu chocolate pots.

Ingredients
- 250g plain Cauldron Plain or Organic Tofu, drained
- 125g good quality plain chocolate, melted - see cooks tip
- 200ml Greek yoghurt
- 50g caster sugar
- 50g ground almonds
- Zest of 2 large oranges
- Almond Tuilles, to serve
Method
- Place the tofu in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate, yoghurt, sugar, almonds, orange zest and blend until creamy.
- Transfer to individual dishes of coffee cups. Chill for 30mins before serving.
- Decorate with orange zest and serve with almond tuille biscuits.
Tip:Choose plain chocolate with at least 70% cocoa solids. To reduce calories and fat - use 0% fat Greek yoghurt and omit sugar and use a calorie free sweetener instead 255kcals/13g fat/4.5g saturated fat
