Little Chocolate and Orange Pots

Orange, almond and tofu chocolate pots.

Ingredients

  • 250g plain Cauldron Plain or Organic Tofu, drained
  • 125g good quality plain chocolate, melted - see cooks tip
  • 200ml Greek yoghurt
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 50g ground almonds
  • Zest of 2 large oranges
  • Almond Tuilles, to serve

Method

  1. Place the tofu in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the melted chocolate, yoghurt, sugar, almonds, orange zest and blend until creamy.
  3. Transfer to individual dishes of coffee cups. Chill for 30mins before serving.
  4. Decorate with orange zest and serve with almond tuille biscuits.

Tip:Choose plain chocolate with at least 70% cocoa solids. To reduce calories and fat - use 0% fat Greek yoghurt and omit sugar and use a calorie free sweetener instead 255kcals/13g fat/4.5g saturated fat
