Cajun Kebabs

Peppers, cajun seasoning and tofu.

Cooking: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 x 250g pack Cauldron Organic Tofu - Plain & Simple, drained and diced into 16 pieces
  • 1 large or 2 small red peppers, deseeded and cut into 16 pieces
  • 1 large or 2 small green peppers, drained and cut into 16 pieces
  • 3 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 4 skewers (if wooden soaked in cold water for 30 minutes before using)
