Organic Tofu & Aduki Bean Chilli Burgers
Our hot combination of aduki beans, colourful peppers, tomato purée and spicy tofu marinated with coriander, garlic, chilli and cumin brings out the Mexican in us.
Here’s a twist on the traditional bean burger. We’ve kept the spicy kick of chilli but brought in a rather special kind of bean to tempt your taste buds. Cultivated for over 1000 years in the Himalayas, aduki beans have a slightly sweet flavour for our organic tofu to absorb.
We’ve handpicked a selection of seasonings - coriander, cumin and garlic - to bring out the flavour to perfection, and added sunflower seeds and just enough chilli for a warming tang. Enjoy our burgers with corn chips or wild rice and maybe your favourite greens.

have these been discontinued? i live in Bath in wiltshire and i used to be able to buy these from sainsburys,now they dont stock them which i am pretty upset about and also waitrose dont have them i have looked in health shops and they dont do them either,where can i get them from they are delicious and i have one more left in the freezer ! please dont tell me its bad news!!

My daughter-in-law bought me these Tofu and Aduki Chilli Burgers. As I have always found Tofu unpalatable I only ate them out of politeness. To my surprise, I found them delicious! Unfortunately neither she nor I have been able to find them since. Please let me know where to get them. I live in East Sussex.

Many thanks for your enquiries regarding the Tofu & Aduki Bean Chilli Burgers. Unfortunately, despite a number of loyal customers such as yourselves, we did not have enough customers buying them for us to be able to continue making them.
We do still have a number of burgers in stores that you might like to try such as:
- organic tofu & wensleydale burgers (available in Sainsbury’s)
- organic black bean burgers ( available in Asda)
- Jalapeno & Jarlsberg burgers ( available in Sainsbury’s)

I think that Cauldron should think again regarding the Tofu and Aduki Chilli Burgers. These burgers (the only time I have found Tofu palatable) should be promoted in the large supermarkets with ‘taster’ sessions. Come on Cauldron you are losing out on a profitable market. Quorn foods are beating you hands down on the shelves. Also Jalapeno and Jarlsburg burgers are delicious but again are not in enough supermarkets - Sainsbury may not be an option for some people. Try again and push with Waitrose and Tesvo
