Organic Mushroom & Wensleydale Tofu Burger

Tangy, crumbly Wensleydale and Cheddar cheeses complement the strong rich flavour of field mushrooms we’ve chosen for this terrifically flavoursome combo.

Traditional Wensleydale cheese has a supple, crumbly, moist texture - we’ve used it to great effect in our succulent burger. Organic mushrooms with their light and musky flavour are the perfect complement.

Melting cheese and crunchy breadcrumbs combine with traditional onion and black pepper to complete a really juicy burger. Why not try it with a green salad topped with grapes and walnuts to bring out the Wensleydale tang?
