We first thought about call these Falafel Bites, ‘Moorish’, because of their recipe origin and because they are so yummy. In the end we opted for Moroccan-Spiced.

I loved these falafels with couscous and a side of houmous!
any plains to make them more widely available?
I love the normal falafel but the nearest sainsbury’s is 20 miles away.
These are my second favourite snack after the Pesto bites! You cant beat them with salad, couscous and houmous!!
