Introducing our mobile Cauldron

Good food is meant to be shared. And this summer, we’ll be sharing the taste of our Cauldron foods right around the country, as our Sampling Campaign goes on the road.
We’ve got seven events scheduled so far, where you’ll have the chance to meet us, pick up some great special offers and maybe win some Cauldron goodies for your kitchen. We’ll also be cooking a selection of delicious foods for you to enjoy.
- A Country Affair on Clapham Common (London) 24-26 May
- Royal Bath & West Show (Shepton Mallet, Somerset) 28 - 31 May
- Cheshire County Show (Knutsford, Cheshire) 17 - 18 June
- The Royal Show (Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire) 3-6 July
- New Forest & Hampshire County Show (Brockenhurst, Hampshire) 29 - 31 July
- A Country Affair at Hampton Court Palace (London) 23-25 August
- Bristol Organic Food Festival (Harbourside, Bristol) 6-7 September

Any plans to come to Scotland?!
Hi Debbie,
This year, we’ve not been able to get to any festivals in Scotland with our sampling, but if you can think of any large country festivals or events in Scotland, let us know, and we’ll look into it for next year. This is the first time we’ve sampled Cauldron products at such large events, so we hope it’s a success so we can do it again next year.
Hi Debbie,
If Cauldron don’t think I’m being too cheeky - I thought you might want to know about our Food and Drink Show in Edinburgh in August - ‘Foodies’ - I’ll be talking to Cauldron about it this morning! There’ll be a number of vegetarian exhibitors there.
Maybe see you there!?
Sarah.
How about coming to north yorkshire .We have lots of Vegitarians hear in Yorkshire as well. Why are all the events based in the south.
Yes, move north! Nottingham Riverside Festival in August.
I’m making a note of all these festivals for next year. We did try to get into the Great North Show in July, but all their stands were taken up by exhibitors from previous years! We’ll try again next year.
Where you can visit in South Yorkshire? Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield is usally populer place for tried on sample, there have lots sample from different events visit most every months,
We’d love to see Cauldron Foods in Scotland. How about trying Ayr Flower Show which takes place the first weekend in August? This is an event which draws exhibitors and visitors from all over the UK. I’ll be there and hope to see you!
You said on your packaging that you would be at festivals over the summer. I assumed you meant festivals like Glastonbury where you would find thousands of vegitarians. The list you have on your website are places such as the Bath and West you are likely to meet the middle-class and middle-aged. What about the young veggies?
Hey Bob - there are plenty of us young-to-middling in Bath (v close to Glasto, by the way), and plenty of committed vegetarians (please note the spelling) Cheers!
Reply for Bob, the Bath & West show is for every walk of life and at points they were extremely busy, as I was there every day, even on Thursday when it rained. Should not judge by a cover, judge by what you see. That is every walk of life not just as you stated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Bob,
I appreciate the challenge. When we were drawing up the list of places to go, Glastonbury did come up, but this year, we’re sampling and selling retail packs, as opposed to selling meals that the Glasto goers would be looking for, and the cost to pitch at Glasto was pretty steep. If all works out well this year, it will be one to re-consider for next.
I think JJ and Sue have both answered for me about Bath and West - I also saw plenty of young and old people trying and buying Cauldron at Bath and West.
No sign of Wales here - what about the renowned Abergavenny Food Festival?
And while we’re at it, what happened to your gorgeous Sun Dried Tomato and Black Olive sausages? Didn’t try to be like meat sausages, and the best veggie sausages anywhere, but they no longer exist.
Great to see the sampling - my only observation would be that I’ve seen you at both the Bath and West and the New Forest show and attended the last day of both events. Unfortunately you were so popular you had run out of samples and stocks by the last day! I will try to be there earlier next year! Keep up the good work - happy travels!
