We’ve created a lively bake that mixes up hearty veg with and delicious basil then wrapped them in golden breadcrumbs to add some crunch.
Our classic sun-ripened combination of roasted aubergines, peppers and onions, with brown rice sprinkled with herbs and spices all in a golden crunch crumb.
We tried all manner of combinations before we fell for pairing the natural sweetness of the corn with the strong iron-rich flavour of spinach.
We added a touch of chilli and paprika to the clean, peppery flavour of organic black beans to give these spicy burgers a bit of a kick.
We love to spice it up in the Cauldron kitchen and we think these chilli burgers have just the right amount of heat. more »
